As vehicle architectures evolve toward software-defined platforms, Zonal Control Units (ZCUs) play a fundamental role in managing communication, power distribution and vehicle functions. Abinsula supports the customer in the development of End-of-Line (EOL) testing solutions, ensuring that each control unit meets functional, performance and customer-specific requirements before leaving the production line.
Abinsula contributes to the entire validation workflow, from hardware analysis and Product Test Specification definition to board bring-up and production programming. Activities include software flashing, secure key provisioning, configuration validation, network communication testing across CAN, LIN and Ethernet, I/O verification, power management validation and testing of EV charging functionalities, including CCS and CHAdeMO. This comprehensive approach helps ensure product quality, manufacturing efficiency and reliable deployment in next-generation vehicles.
